FEEDBACK TEMPLATES
How do you know if your event was a success? Your event was successful only if it exceeded its objectives, which means that a certain mode of measurement is critical.
Measurement of your event success is also dependent on the type of event you are managing. A charity event should raise funds, a product launch should raise awareness and a tradeshow could potentially raise sales. In order to determine the exact measurement for your event you need to consider your audience, the type of event and the overall goals/objectives for the event.
In many cases you have two types of results that can be measured:
- Qualitative (how did your audience feel about the event)
- Quantitative (more difficult to measure in most cases - did you achieve the quantitative results that you needed, i.e. a lift in sales or an increase in employee satisfaction)
You should ALWAYS, at minimum, measure the qualitative satisfaction of your events based on the satisfaction of your audience and your client (if applicable). We have attached both an Audience Feedback form and a Client Feedback form.
NOTE: The download contains both PDF and Word document versions.
