EVENT FLOW TEMPLATE
Event flows are the most important documents on event day. They provide all of the necessary information to speakers, caterers, talent, hosts, clients, AV staff and event staff. The event flow should have all event details including all contacts, dates, location(s), timing, guests' names, etc.
The more information you include on this document the better. It will ensure you and your clients are 100% prepared for your event and it will serve as your 'bible' on event day.
