EVENT & TRADESHOW CHECKLIST TEMPLATES
If you've ever planned an event you know that it's fundamentally predicated on planning and focusing on the details. And there is no such thing as a frivolous detail - each one is paramount.
To ensure that you've covered all the details (and they vary by event) you need a checklist. A checklist must be developed to correlate to your specific event. A charity event is different than an employee kick-off which in turn is different from a sales rally. You need to consider every possible component in order to be prepared and successfully execute the event.
Enclosed are two variations of checklists (Event Checklist and the Tradeshow Checklist) and they certainly may be made to measure. These documents will serve as a starting point for you to develop your custom checklist.
